The Chinese Way
A rather strange Chinese book about branding titled “Big Brand” happened to include a few of my works dated eight or nine years back. Without comments or any references to the author, of course. The pictures were obviously copied from my old website and stretched mercilessly for printing.
Golden Flea Prize Winner
End of the year brought some good news: the logo designed for Sertifi web service became a runner-up at Russian “Zolotaya Bloha” (Golden Flea) ,trademarks contest and exhibition. Moreover, 12 of my logos were printed in the exhibition catalogue. The Crab has crawled up into the top 20!
Good news: out of 36,000 logos sent to the team of LogoLounge, LogoLounge – a collection of the world’s best logotypes – the panel of judges selected top 20. Among the highest ranked 20 logos, there it was: my work done for FishMarket– a red crab entirely constructed from various circular arcs.
